As a food reviewer of Restaurant World, I had the pleasure of trying some of Brothers Cafe's standout dishes. The pasta was flavorful and cooked to perfection, while the meatballs and grilled prawns were a true delight. The breakfast options, including the basic egg-cellence and Joe's scrambles, were filling and satisfying, making it a perfect spot for a morning pick-me-up.

This is now one of my top brunch places in the bay! Brothers cafe has an extensive menu so it'll satisfy all the brunch cravings you have whether you want something savory or sweet. I love that we order first and then pick our seats, it speeds up the dining process a little bit and makes things pretty efficient. We got the Philly cheese steak sandwich and the souvlaki sandwich. Both dishes came with salad and fries making it a large and well balanced meal. The cheese steak was delicious, there was a generous amount of meat and cheese and the cheese was melted so well making a great cheese pull. The souvlaki was also great, the chicken was seasoned well but the pita bread got slightly soggy after a while. Great value brunch!

This morning I swung by Brothers Cafe in SSF. I ordered the basic egg-cellence with pork sausage, over hard eggs and sourdough toast. It was perfectly filling and hit the spot! The service was wonderful and the ambiance was great. Highly recommend if you're looking for a breakfast/lunch spot!

Solid little cafe in the heart of Millbrae. Nice array of indoor and outdoor seating for nicer weather days. Order at the counter and food is brought to you. Big ceilings with great light. Cozy seating and ambiance, friendly staff, great selection on the menu for breakfast/brunch. Great food. Parking can be a little challenging and is metered, so plan for extra time on weekends. Looking forward to trying more on their menu!

Love the pasta here. It's flavorful and cooked to perfection! The meatballs are well seasoned and the prawns are freshly grilled. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very efficient! I look forward to trying more items on their menu.

Yeeesss!! Brothers Cafe ... aka Cafe 382 was a great brunch place! Everything we ordered was on point. I got the their version of Joe's scrambles. Delicious!! It tasted like grilled ground beef. Hash browns were crispy and the waffle was fluffy and slightly crispy on the outside. My son got the hamburger and he could not put the food down. We both finished our food and we usually eat 1/2 and take the rest home. I wished that I lived near there. Hope I can come back soon! Thank you Brothers!!!

I just feel like there's a right way of clarifying someone's order and a wrong way. Instead of raising your voice and repeating "and your third" "the third" "the third" It would've been easier to remind the customer what choice of the "third" they need to choose from (referencing the 2x2x2). I felt embarrassed seeing the other tables look while the lady unnecessarily raised her voice at me. I completely forgot what my options were. I was polite, and caught off guard. If I hadn't left my bag on the table I would've left. It was really disheartening having this interaction be the start of my morning. The food is really good, and the service is timely.

High value, good food, big portions. Rare to find a combo like this in bay area nowadays. The fried chicken was brined well and fried nicely - not greasy at all. It came with gravy which was pretty good. We also had other things like corn beef hash, salad, etc. Each plate was ~$20. Outdoor seating was available and pup friendly. Ambiance was american cafe and clean

Order your food at the counter and food will be delivered to you at the table. We got there early enough to be seated without problems though. There is indoor and patio seating. We came here for brunch. The portions are big. I wasn't too hungry, so I just stole a few bites of my bf's food. He ordered the country fried steak and eggs. The steak was crispy and I enjoyed the sausage gravy. The plate also came with hash browns and toast.

Brothers Cafe consistently never disappoints! They always serve freshly prepared dishes with healthy portion sizes. Service is really friendly and food comes super fast! Ambiance gives you a busy cafe neighborhood feel. Greek Scramble - 4/5 - Fresh tiger prawns chopped up with garlic, feta and veggies. Tasted each ingredient and went well with the wheat bread and hashbrowns. Hashbrowns - 5/5 - this place makes the perfect, hashbrowns just how I like it. Thin, crispy, soft potato middle, and lightly salted. Not too greasy. St. Patty's Benedict - 3.5/5 - Cornbeef hash was on point being salty, crispy, and additional flavor from the grilled peppers. The yolk inside the egg did not drip when cut into, with it being cooked and solid. Next time may just get the cornbeef hash. French Toast - 3.5/5 - Mild sweetness on perfectly cooked super soft brioche bread. My tastebuds were searching for more cinnamon. Dipped every bite in the syrup for more sweetness. Home Run Breakfast Sandwich - 5/5 - Bomb breakfast sandwich with a kick. The fried jalapeños with the sriracha aioli made this one stand out. Order this! Carnitas breakfast special - 3.5/5 - Big portion of carnitas, eggs with cheese, and tortillas. Half of the carnitas were a little on the dry side, nothing the green sauce it came with can't fix.
